We want to take a second to boast a little. We recently received the following review from a customer:
The entire team is top notch, communicative and detail oriented. Sam went above and beyond, getting traps into some really narrow spaces in our attic. Steve even answered the phone while he was on vacation. I hired another company, paid a ton of money, and the issue was not resolved 3 months later. Dr. Critter had the rodents out and our home sealed in a couple of weeks. Save your money and come to these folks first!
There are a few things that stand out here for us. Firstly, we strive to help each and every customer we meet, and always want to exceed expectations. Secondly, this particular review hits on a number of key points which we bake into our every day, professional lives. Finally, this (unfortunately) is a common experience expressed by our customers. We get multiple calls each week from customers who have had a negative experience with a competitor, or have hired someone else who is unable to solve their problem. Through our many decades of experience, we truly are experts when it comes to solving animal problems, be it rats, bats, squirrels raccoons or any of the other nuisance wildlife problems our customers may experience.
