Quality Repairs

We've been doing this for a long time.  Almost 30 years to be precise.  It should also be noted that animal removal and repairs are all we do.  Our point is, we're pretty good at it now!

When considering how to provide exclusion repairs to different areas of your home, there are a number of factors we consider:

  1. It has to be animal resistant.  There's zero point in providing services that animals can instantly chew through, bypass or otherwise get around.
  2. It has to allow for the natural ventilation of the area we're working on to continue.  As most areas animals breach are ventilation areas on or adjacent to your roof, any materials we use must not impact that.
  3. It has to take water proofing into consideration.  We see a lot of competitors, particularly traditional Pest Control companies, using materials and fasteners that pierce areas of your roof designed to keep water out.  This is inviting potential disaster at worst, and costly repairs at best.
  4. It has to look good.  With almost 30 years experience, we know what looks good, what looks bad, and what you can't see at all.  Wherever possible, we want to leave your home in the same, or a better condition than when we arrive.

The most common area we work on are eave gaps - these areas can be one of the most obvious entry points, and if not sealed correctly, they leave your home looking like it was patched by a toddler!  Even worse, especially in the case of barrel tile roofs, we see many companies that only seal what they can see above the tile itself.  This leaves your home wide open to potential animal entrance and never really solves your problem.  When evaluating a company to seal your barrel tile eaves, ask them exactly they plan on repairing it.  If they're not prepared to remove your tile before sealing it, they're not actually sealing it, as you can see from the attached photos.
